Dan’s career in education began over 30 years ago as an ESL teacher in Greece. Since then he has been involved in school administration and teaching in a variety of settings in public and private schools in Canada, the USA, and Brazil, as well as a First Nation community in Northern Alberta. He made his transition to post-secondary education in 2013 when he became the Coordinator of the Volunteer Tutor Program at VIU – Cowichan campus. His passion continues to be anything related to international, indigenous, and holistic education.
